Groups need a variety of activities. Some of the group desires a vigorous hike to a destination as The Rock while some folks want a leisurely 1/2 mile stroll to the pond. We can provide meals, wash the dishes, and change the towels for a carefree vacation. Everyone gets to play on your vacation at Justin Trails Resort. We provide lodging in the cabins and suites for 18 with room for additional people at the campsites. Grandpa and Grandma enjoy playing the player piano with the grand kids in The Lodge. The common area is large enough for group activities in case of rain while open outdoor space allows for a softball game, scavenger hunt or other active games. There is plenty of room on our Wisconsin Bed and Breakfast turned resort’s two hundred acres for running, playing ball, hiking to Gerry’s Peak, Dawn’s Pond or Lake Ashlyn. Add disc golf for all ages, relaxing on your deck or porch watching the children play safely on the lawn. Each cabin has a grill for cooking outdoors. Children love climbing on the two-story playhouse complete with a child size picnic table.

The Office, Lodge, Restaurant-Eatery
Seats 30 people which can be used as common area for indoor games and activities, or listening to or playing the player piano. Lunch and dinner can also be prepared and served for an additional cost, depending on the choice of menu items. Breakfast is served in the Lodge from 7:30 until 10 a.m. A public bathroom is in the Lodge. This building also contains the snowshoe and ski rental equipment, disc golf pro shop and gift shop.
The Grounds
There is a three-acre landscaped lawn for play and gardens to enjoy. We have picnic tables and several grills for cooking out. There is patio furniture, lounges, tables, Adirondack chairs on each cabin’s porch or deck and a patio near the yellow house for guests in the Presidential, Lona and the Garden Suites.
Activities
This two story playhouse has a picnic table on the first level. There are open spaces to set up a softball game, volleyball net, horseshoes etc. The two 18 basket disc golf courses have short and long tees for amateurs or professionals.
Hiking to Dawn’s Pond
At Justin Trails Resort LLC there are 10 miles of wide grassy trails for leisurely strolls, romps with your dog or sleuthing for deer or turkeys. A stroll through the woods helps one put life in perspective, ease out of the stresses of daily living.
Hiking to the Rock aka Gerry’s Peak
A walk to the Rock is not for the faint of heart. Climb Doe Chase ski trail to “The Rock” sign. Then carefully climb the last 50 feet of elevation following the foot path. Tennis shoes are recommended footwear.
Mountain bike on the ski trails
For the athletes who love a challenge, plunk on your helmet, hop on your mountain bike and feel the sweat as you climb Big Buck Run. The grass on the trails is cut monthly during the summer.
