A full homemade breakfast is included in the room rate and served in the restaurant or delivered in a basket to cabins and suites. A four-course breakfast, served between 7:30 and 10:00 a.m., features handmade-from-scratch muffins, Justin Trails own custom blended granola, yogurt, cranapplesauce or fresh fruit, hot entree of scrambled eggs, French toast or pancakes. Your choice of hot beverages: coffee, tea, hot chocolate or hot cider and cold beverage: cranberry, apple or orange juice.
The Lodge provides guests with relaxed dining in cozy booths, tables for two or a large table for your group. The rustic interior of The Lodge features hand-hewn beams and ceiling boards from the original barn on the property. The restaurant is built around an exhibition kitchen that evokes a warm, easy feeling characteristic of Justin Trails Resort. Dining is provided for groups of 8 or more by advance reservation.
