“We booked an elopement package at Justin Trails, and the weekend was amazing! We (and our four kids ages 4-11) stayed in the Paul Bunyan cabin, an adorable and cozy cabin with enough room for all six of us. The upstairs porch was the perfect place to unwind while the kids slept downstairs. The cabin’s views of the play set and fire pit were fantastic, and the kids roamed the “back yard” and played for hours. We hiked, and while we were limited to “easy” trails with the younger kids, the views of the Driftless Area of Wisconsin were amazing! The kids tried their hands at disc golf (we’ll definitely come back for more), and they played with Rhino the cat and the two llamas. Don gave us a tour of the barn and told us about its restoration – gorgeous!
Oh, and breakfast was FANTASTIC – fresh fruit, homemade granola, yogurt, bacon, muffins, French toast and an egg/vegetable dish! We made all the wedding arrangements online and by phone with Donna – and it was perfect! Donna handled all the details – from ordering the flowers and cake to booking the officiant. She nailed the spirit of our celebration!
Donna and Don were fantastic hosts. We will definitely be back for more adventures at Justin Trails!”
